Many people are unaware that we take common therapy issues into our workplace environments, especially in what I call "helping professions" (mental health work, care-taking, etc). My job during your speaking engagement is to come in and offer practical, well-researched methods for reducing workplace toxicity and improving culture on both an interpersonal and company-wide level.
My approach focuses on demystifying the mindset factors at play when we engage in unhealthy work practices or behaviors using relatable and humorous examples, then teaching more effective ways of coping, communicating, and holding each other accountable.

With a presentation and break-out sessions, your employees will not only get a comprehensive rundown of positive workplace conduct, they'll get small group education on improving workplace behavioral and interpersonal systems with concrete examples for effectively handling professional pressures and scenarios that can commonly result in conflict and division.

Adding a Q & A session with me allows your employees to work through very personal questions that will help them realize their best professional selves. These sessions can also be tailored exclusively to leadership or upper management staff depending on your needs.
